This beautifully furnished beach house is located on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, just steps from the Emerald Shores community pool and private beach!

Relax in the comfortable first-floor living area and enjoy our 75" HD LCD SMART TV with soundbar! Enjoy all your favorite streaming services or catch your favorite shows on our High Def Cable Box, with DVR.
Or...head upstairs and enjoy the den/loft area which has a 40" LCD TV with high definition channels (this living area also has a comfortable sleeper sofa)
KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
As you enter our home, you will be greeted with a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen and adjacent dining area.
The kitchen has been fully-stocked with all your favorite cooking tools and small appliances. Don't see what you need? Let us know and we'll send it over!
The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a counter with stools, creating the perfect space to hang out with friends and family. Whether it's meal time or game night, this area will be well-used by your group!
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP:
This home's sprawling layout includes a first floor King suite with a private patio. Upstairs you'll find two additional KING Bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. On the first floor we keep two comfortable rollaway twin beds with bedding - perfect for a couple extra guests. (Max Occ 8-10 guests)
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, comfortable bedding, and Smart TVs, creating the perfect private retreat!
Note: We do not have a pack-and-play or crib on site. We can recommend a local company if you wish to rent one during your stay.

The 2nd floor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron/board, and a starter supply of detergent pods.
On the porch you'll find a complimentary beach wagon to use for your day at the beach or the pool.
OUR COMMUNITY
When you stay at Serendipity, you'll enjoy all the amenities provided by the top-rated Emerald Shores resort community. This exquisite gated community sits between Hwy 98 and Scenic 98 in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. With entry gates on both ends, you'll have easy access to explore the neighboring areas along the Emerald Coast.
EMERALD SHORES PRIVATE BEACH
Take a short 5 minute stroll to our gated PRIVATE BEACH or hop on the complimentary beach tram (mid-May through early-Aug). There you'll find the Emerald Shores snack bar pavilion with restrooms, rinse showers, picnic tables, and plenty of space to park your bikes or beach wagon.
Check in with our DEDICATED beach attendant to reserve your beach chairs or an umbrella (provided by La Dolce Vita).
*** COMING IN Spring 2026...Our beautiful pavilion will be updated with a beach ramp, providing easy access for our guests!
FUN FACT: Emerald Shores is the ONLY community on Scenic 98 with a private beach, a private pavilion with snack bar and restrooms, AND a dedicated beach attendant!
(During high seasons, our snack bar, picnic tables, and private restrooms make our pavilion a true HIDDEN GEM!)

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon your arrival, you will need to obtain wrist bands from the Emerald Shores Beach Pavilion in order to access the resort amenities, including the private beach. There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. Instructions on how to obtain your wrist bands will be provided after your reservation is made.
** EMERALD SHORES is a sought-after gated community offering two community pools, a private Beach and Beach Pavilion, our own dedicated beach attendant, a tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and seasonal beach tram service. The community is centrally located close to restaurants, bars, shopping, golf courses, and water sports with access to both Hwy 98 on the north and Scenic 98 on the south!
We're just minutes from Destin, known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village in the World" where deep sea fishing is always a big draw! The powder, white beaches and the sparkling Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise'! The Destin/Miramar Beach area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: During peak seasons, guests are required to purchase and wear wristbands when using the Emerald Shores private beach and resort amenities.
Upon your arrival, check in with the beach attendant to register and obtain your wristbands There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group.
IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been received, we'll request an email address from you to send a copy of your Rental Agreement. All Rental Agreements must be completed, signed, and returned within 7 days in order to complete and confirm your reservation.

Neighborhood overviewEMERALD SHORES is a gated community of 95 Caribbean-Style, privately-owned homes. The community has two entrances - One on the north side off Hwy 98 and a second on the south side off Scenic 98. Having two entrances provides ease and flexibility when exploring the area and nearby attractions.
There are two community swimming pools, one of which is heated during the cooler seasons. Serendipity is right around the corner from the main pool. And the north pool is only 4 houses away from our doorstep.
There is also a tennis and basketball court on the north side of the community. Throughout Emerald Shores, you will see well-maintained sidewalks, shaded benches, bike racks, and pet waste stations.
Emerald Shores offers a complimentary shuttle that runs from mid-May to mid-August. Hop on the shuttle as it travels through the community and hop off when you reach your destination. (Beach entrance, Pool, Tennis Court, or maybe a friends house!)
The gated private beach offers a full-service beach pavilion with snack bar, restrooms, rinse showers, picnic tables, and plenty of room to park your bikes or beach wagon.
Getting aroundOur house provides driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles (including a golf cart). No street parking is available but we have an overflow lot around the corner (first come/first serve).
The Emerald Shores community provides a complimentary community shuttle between mid-May and mid-Aug. The shuttle runs seven days a week, between 9am and 4pm. Whether you're going to the pool or to the beach, this service is included with your stay!
TRAVEL TIP: For a quick trip to the store, there is a Dollar General within walking distance. Walk out the north entrance and go right, then follow the short sidewalk along Hwy 98. Close enough to send your teenager!
